Description
I am renting out an 11 m² bedroom in my 66 m² apartment in Choisy-le-Roi. I have started renovating a house in Isère and now spend most of my time there. I return to Choisy about five nights a month. I have my own bedroom and I always send a text message before I arrive. The bedroom is furnished with an IKEA BRIMNES convertible double bed, desk, storage space, and blackout curtains. You will share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and both balconies. The cellar and garage are not included. The apartment is quiet and bright, located in a secure building. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, bean-to-cup coffee machine, Sodastream, TV with home cinema, and an acoustic piano in the living room. RER C is an eight-minute walk away, Tram 9 and TVM are six minutes away, and Orly airport is a ten-minute drive. Shops are within a ten-minute walk. No pets allowed, smoking on the balconies only. I am looking for someone who is calm, respectful, and tidy.
