Furnished Room For Rent In A Villa
The bedroom has a 120 bed on the mezzanine, a desk, a sofa, a wardrobe. Private bathroom. Countryside view.
The house is non-smoking.
Charges are included, electricity, water, WiFi and breakfast. Access to the washing machine.
We offer to share the evening meal for a modest price (8€ on request) to share our family life.
We want to welcome a student, it is necessary to have a vehicle because public transport is not very efficient in our neighborhood. Our house is in a small secure residence where it is easy and free to park.
We are 15 mins from Sophia Antipolis, 5 mins from the sea, 10 mins from Antibes center, 10 mins from Cannes.

Nice room in a bohemian house in Villeneuve-Loubet, inhabited by the host and located in a secure residence (night watchman and gate code). There are many shops and restaurants nearby (Polygone Riviera) and a weekly market in the old village 900 m away. A bus connects the residence to the SNCF train station (3 km) and to the city of Nice (15 km). Nice walks in nature and along the river at the bottom of the residence. Important detail: 6 cats live discreetly in the house, so the tenant must not be allergic to animals or possible cat hair! Small detail that does not appear in the list of supplies provided in the room: there is a refrigerator (which does not make noise), a TV and a coffee machine and an electric kettle for breakfast. Non-smokers preferred because I am a non-smoker myself.
