Couple of young retirees rent a furnished shared room in their large 185 m² house.
The bedroom has 1 large 140cm bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 large closet, 1 large desk, TV. The house is equipped with fiber. Bed and bathroom linen provided. Room cleaning done by me every Monday. Possibility of preparing meals. A large enclosed courtyard allows you to park your vehicle. Smoking outside permitted.
This shared accommodation would be suitable for students, interns, or people on business trips. Possibility of APL for students, on average 214 euros.
At home, it's a bit like family life. You can have your meals at our table. I can possibly prepare your meals for you, but your privacy will be preserved.
