- The common areas will be equipped with a kitchen equipped with fridge and all the necessary utensils (glasses, cups, set of cutlery, pots and pans), a lounge area with sofa and television, a laundry room for storing cleaning products and/or preserves, as well as a washing machine.
Rent :
€500/month excluding charges per 13m2 room.
Charges including electricity, gas, water, insurance, television and internet - 120€/month per person.
