Description
The room is located on the second floor of my house (no lift). Well-equipped and comfortable, it has all the amenities (bathroom, toilet, kitchenette). We share the main entrance and the staircase. My house is located near Jette train station and beautiful green spaces (north-west of Brussels, 15 minutes from the city centre by bike or public transport). This room is ideal for students or interns studying at the Children's Hospital or Brugmann Hospital. Water, heating, electricity, and internet bills are included in the asking price. If the stay exceeds three months, I require a deposit equivalent to one month's rent. A student tenancy agreement will need to be completed.

Studio très chaleureux où l'on se sent comme chez soi, rien à redire, il y a tout ce qu'il faut! Idéal pour un séjour long comme court. Laurence est une hôte bienveillance qui répond à chacune de mes demandes. J'ai passé un très agréable séjour à proximité de tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Je vous recommande vivement de réserver chez Laurance :)
J'ai passé six mois très agréables dans ce studio. Le logement était à la hauteur de mes attentes : confortable, lumineux, et parfaitement équipé. Tout ce dont j'avais besoin y était, ce qui a grandement facilité mon séjour. De plus, Laurence, la propriétaire, a été extrêmement bienveillante et attentive à mes besoins tout au long de la location. Je recommande vivement ce studio à quiconque cherche un endroit agréable et serein pour séjourner.
