My mother, a lovely 69-year-old lady, has two furnished rooms available for rent in her home. She will only be staying in the property for three to six nights a month, depending on her commitments in Montreal, but wishes to keep it as her base. Located a four-minute walk from the Collège metro station on the Orange line, the rooms are furnished and fully equipped. Renting a room provides access to the entire flat, with the exception of the other bedrooms. My mother includes electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and a monthly visit from a cleaner. The flat is equipped with household appliances and air conditioning. The property is located 20 minutes from the Université de Montréal and 30 minutes from UQAM, as well as the city centre, McGill, and Concordia by metro. She is preferably looking for female students from outside the area ("it's interesting to meet people from elsewhere," she says) or quiet, respectful women.
