Located in the centre of Paris, on the Left Bank, between the Butte-aux-Cailles—an old Parisian neighbourhood with its lively bars and restaurants—and the pretty village of Les Peupliers with its charming little houses, my 62 m² non-smoking flat is welcoming and located on the 6th floor with a lift. The monthly rent is based on a maximum occupancy of 21 nights. The nightly rate increases for an occupancy of fewer nights per month. Sorry, APL housing benefits are not available. A security deposit of 1000 euros, in the form of an uncashed cheque, is required upon handover of the keys. Reviews from tenants prior to 2019 do not relate to this accommodation!
