Figueres Room (Figueres - 17600)

I'm renting a room in Figueres, a 10-minute walk from the city center, for a single woman without children or a partner. Starting April 15th. Rent is due on the first day of move-in and at the beginning of the month. The price includes electricity, water, and gas. Male visitors and gatherings with friends are not allowed. Touching and using my personal belongings is strictly prohibited. She must have a job; no other pets are allowed in my home because they wouldn't get along with my two cats. The woman who will be sharing the apartment with us (there is another woman besides me) must be someone who likes cats and isn't bothered by their fur, and, above all, must not mistreat them in my absence. Smoking is not allowed, nor are parties allowed. She must be quiet, responsible, hardworking, clean, honest, serious, and respectful. She must keep quiet when we're resting. She must help clean the common areas. The three of us must clean the kitchen, bathroom, and living room if they're in use.
