Provision of the 1st floor of a very quiet house of which I occupy the ground floor: 2 bedrooms for 1 or 2 tenants for a minimum period of 10 days, for school or professional reasons. These rooms are equipped with bedding less than 5 years old, 140x200. Household linen provided. Shower room and WC upstairs dedicated to the 2 tenants. Shared kitchen on the ground floor, as well as the garden. There are 2 very nice cocker spaniels in the house, so tolerance of dogs is necessary. Very good speed WiFi (fiber). All shops 5 minutes walk away. Tram A 700 m away, bus 35 in front of the door. Looking forward to welcoming you one day.
