Double room with private office for rent in a spacious, well-located apartment in Villeray; a lively, friendly and safe neighborhood!
There are currently two feline residents in the apartment, and two women in their early thirties; Alice (France) and Lorena (Montreal). The kitties are friendly because they feel loved, so it is essential to like cats so that all occupants feel well and welcome home, cats included.
The neighborhood is peaceful but also lively, safe, quiet in general but close to everything (and action just a few steps away if need be!). Featuring many inspiring cafés, comforting bakeries, nearby markets, grocery stores, affordable fruit shops, buses and subways nearby!
Orange and blue lines nearby
A 6-minute walk from Jarry metro station, and 10 minutes from Jean-Talon station!
