Description
This is a Master bedroom which is well lit with natural daylight as the window is large and overlooks the front of the house. Both the room and the ensuite are recently refurbished and are in excellent condition. The house is quiet, well maintained and clean as all communal areas are cleaned weekly by a cleaner.
It has to be understood that couples are only allowed providing the guest discusses this before arrival as there is an extra nominal cost and the responsibility of the second person lies with the person who has booked the accommodation and it is very important for that person to pay prior to the day of check in. Towel(s), toilet rolls are provided for short stays of 7 days or less and soap is provided but no shampoo etc.
The room must be left in same condition as given.
The house is quiet and there are two long standing tenants staying in the house. There is ample street parking and whilst there is off street parking for one vehicle this is not guarenteed.
