Facing the magnificent Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and a stone's throw from the Jourdain village, with its shops, bars, and lively terraces, I offer a large, bright bedroom with a private shower room and toilet in a spacious and comfortable 110 m² apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
You will occasionally share the living room and kitchen with me. I am a dynamic, sociable, and curious fifty-year-old, often on a sailboat in Marseille or Sicily, but always up for a friendly chat over coffee or a drink.
The apartment is perfectly suited to mobile workers. I have a soft spot for Italian culture (and I'm trying to learn the language!): if you are Italian, it will be a real pleasure to exchange and practice together, but all nationalities are obviously welcome.
If you plan to return to Paris regularly, it's even possible to leave some belongings behind.
