FOR SANDWICH-COURSE STUDENTS ONLY: 13.70 m² room in a 2-person shared housing with a very comfortable 160*200 bed, large desk, and large wardrobe. Eligible for APL/Mobility grant. Charges included: water, electricity, heating, internet (fibre), washing-up liquid, sponges, bin liners, toilet paper. NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO MANAGE BETWEEN THE 2 HOUSEMATES. Bed linen and towels provided in duplicate. Well-equipped 9.30 m² kitchen (washing machine; terrace and garden accessible). Shops less than 500 m away. BHNS bus line: stop 550 m away: 10 mins from the city centre and 12-13 mins from the train stations. Line 4: stop 600 m away towards University stop, opposite IAE, close to the science faculty and IUT. Inverted house: living upstairs, I have my own sanitary facilities (bathroom/toilet). Ground floor kitchen and ground floor shower room are for tenants' use: these rooms are akin to an autonomous two-person shared housing for quiet, clean, and respectful people.
