We are offering a room in a shared house for one roommate who is not allergic to cats, as there is one in the house from time to time. We particularly value someone who is discreet, clean, independent, and who will not damage the house. The atmosphere in the house is quiet and must remain so.
PLEASE NOTE, THE ROOM IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SHORT PERIODS (2 MONTHS...) OR FOR WORKERS WHO WOULD NEED IT FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, FOR EXAMPLE.
Smoking is permitted but OUTSIDE, in the GARDEN.
A one-month security deposit is MANDATORY and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Please note that we are not eligible for housing assistance (APL). Having a guarantor (with their contact information) is a plus.

IMPOSSIBLE D'ENLEVER DES ETOILES. Satisfaction générale: 0 étoile: dérangement permanent, obsession de la destruction de sa maison Accueil: 0 étoile : La propriétaire est intrusive, me dérange sans cesse, plusieurs fois par jour, Propreté: 0 étoile: pas d'abattant au WC, pas de rideau de douche durant plusieurs mois. J'ai du faire intervenir un tiers pour que la propriétaire envoie enfin une personne pour remettre en état. La femme de ménage ne vide pas les poubelles qui s'entassent (photos à l'appui). Fiabilité: 0 étoile: Passez votre chemin, elle demande un chèque de caution alors que c'est interdit en location saisonnière et que sa maison est pleine d'objets personnels y compris dans ma chambre (j'ai du mettre mes affaires à même le sol).
