The apartment offers 120 m² of living space and a 6 m² balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. We are letting the ground floor and first floor of an old, recently renovated village house, featuring plenty of wood and stone, a slate roof, and situated in the heart of a very welcoming village. We live in the small chalet next door and in the basement of the house. Ground floor: entrance, large modern kitchen/dining room open to the living room, separate WC, exposed beams, stonework, balcony with mountain views, electric heating and soapstone stove. First floor: one master bedroom and two single bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and shelves, bathroom with WC and bathtub, attic for storage. Two parking spaces included. 15 minutes by car from Sion, Anzère and Crans-Montana. The bus stop is just a stone's throw away. A few metres' walk to the primary school, butcher's shop, bistro, bakery, Denner and Edelweiss.
