Our simple and pleasant apartment is well located. We offer an 18 m² room for rent on the upper floor of our duplex, which itself occupies the second and top floor of the building. You will have a living area equipped with a desk and a small sofa, as well as a sleeping area and a private balcony. Amenities such as shops, a swimming pool, a football stadium, a pétanque club, and a tennis court are nearby. Hautepierre Hospital is a ten-minute walk away. The bus, which connects to the train station and the city center, is a five-minute walk; the bus/tram ride takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. For those with allergies, it is important to note that we have two cats living permanently. The price includes utilities; water and electricity bills will be shared monthly between the residents.
