Our apartment is a 125 m² duplex located on the second and top floor. It is pleasant to live in, simple and functional.
We are offering an 18 m² room for rent located on the upper floor. This room has a private balcony and is equipped with a desk, a double bed with four drawers, and a low chest of drawers.
Nearby, you will find shops, a swimming pool, a football pitch, as well as pétanque and tennis clubs. Hautepierre Hospital is accessible in 10 minutes on foot. Two bus stops are a 5-minute walk away, providing access to the train station and the city centre. The journey by bus or tram takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
We would like to inform our tenants that we have two cats and a medium-sized dog.
Rent includes charges (water, electricity, and cleaning of communal areas). Tenants are responsible for cleaning the upstairs toilet. Cleaning of the bathroom is shared between residents according to a monthly schedule.

Bon accueil dans un cadre familial. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie bonne et propre. Pas de problème à signaler.
