La chambre est dotée d'un canapé-lit convertible en lit double muni d'un matelas très confortable, d'une table de nuit, d'un bureau accompagné d'une chaise, d'une bibliothèque, d'une commode et d'une grande armoire. Pour chaque résident, sont fournis une couverture, des oreillers, des draps pour la couverture et les oreillers, un drap-housse, ainsi qu'une couverture polaire et des serviettes. L'accès à la buanderie équipée d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge est permis. Un frigo et un congélateur privés peuvent être mis à disposition sur demande, de même qu'un parking privé devant la maison.
