As a multi-generational resident of Annecy, I would be delighted to welcome you.
Located in a secure, three-story house dating from 1910 with a stone facade, this room offers a pleasant view of the garden through its large window. It is located below the residents' apartment. A coffee maker and kettle are provided in the room. A microwave is also available.
The residents' apartment is separate from the bedroom and the bathrooms, which are shared. Bed and bath linens are provided clean and will not be changed during your stay. In the event of damage, a proportional surcharge will be applied.
Please note that you must climb a staircase of about ten steps to access the toilet and bathroom. The latter is equipped with a bathtub. However, for ecological reasons, I recommend taking showers. The sink, long and equipped with two faucets, allows for two people to use it.
