It is on the 4th floor without a lift. It is located in the very heart of the city, on Rue Sainte-Claire, 7 minutes from Jaude, with tram A nearby, and shops and schools are quickly accessible. The flat is equipped with a living room with 4K TV, a full kitchen, a modern bathroom, as well as a cellar and storage. The room is 9.5 m² and offers a view of the Puy-de-Dôme. It is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a desk, a dressing room, and a fan. Bed linen is provided. The tenancy agreement is individual and without joint liability. A guarantor is required.
