My house is a 15-minute walk from the train station, 20 minutes from the town centre, 5 minutes from the bus stop and 20 minutes from the beaches. The bus stop for the University is a 10-minute walk away. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Lots of shops and restaurants on the main street. Free parking is available on the street.
