The holiday home is only 600 m from the fine sandy beaches of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay and its small shops. Take advantage of the rhythm of the tides for swimming, fishing, water sports and all kinds of leisure activities. The area is also ideal for walking or hiking, cycling or mountain biking.
It is not far from the beautiful seaside resorts of Barneville-Carteret and Agon-Coutainville (less than 30km), Granville (60km). Many golf courses, casinos, shops and attractions are nearby.
