Fibre optic internet is installed in the apartment, which is west-facing. Located in the heart of Vanves, in the highly sought-after Saint-Rémy church district. No refund will be granted if the tenant cancels the booking or arrives after the scheduled date. To rent for several months. Cleaning must be done by the tenant once or twice a week, otherwise a deduction will be made from the security deposit. Arrival and departure times must be agreed in advance; these are not available 24/7 like in a hotel.
