Located on the 1st floor overlooking an interior courtyard, accessible by a private staircase. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need: 2 hotplates, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, kettle, dishes, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine. The studio has a 160x200 bed, a small sofa, a table, chairs, a piano, a drum kit, and storage space. The neighborhood is pleasant with many shops nearby.
