Room in new apartment: a bathroom and kitchen with 1 Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, 4 hotplates, a fridge, a freezer and all the necessary equipment for cooking. The apartment is located in an area where the Aldi store is 50 meters away, as well as a restaurant, a takeaway pizzeria and soon an Asian take away. The bus stop is 50 meters away, next to the Aldi store. We are 8 minutes by bus from the city center. Possibility of having a private parking space for an additional fee. For the use of the washing machine and dryer, there is one in the building with a very economical card system. Pets accepted for an additional fee.
