The apartment is ideally located, close to the city center, with shops just a stone's throw away and the Porte de Bourgogne tram stop right next door.
I'm moving out between May 2nd and 3rd (while I'm moving out). Please note that this is a joint and several deposit, so there's an application fee to pay to the agency (around €150) and the deposit is payable to the replacement roommate (the deposit is €734).
