Bedroom with private shower room in a new house (Wavre - 1300)

I offer you a pleasant double room, in a new house where I live with my son. We have a small dog (dachshund style) very affectionate. I enjoy sharing, breakfasts and meals together. There is a big screen in the living room or a small TV in your room with all the channels. In winter, it is very pleasant to spend your evenings by the wood stove. The terrace, largely sheltered, allows us to have small evenings with friends protected from showers or during the day from too much sun (when there is some ;-) The enclosure is calm and family-friendly. Ideal for nature lovers, jogging fans. The garden is still being created, I have been living in the house since the beginning of 2024.
