Description
Spacious room with walk-in wardrobe, ideal for studying, equipped with a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a 140 cm bed. Includes a television, bed sheets and towels, a private fridge and WiFi. Located on the 2nd floor of a late 19th-century villa, in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, while remaining close to schools and Place Bellecour (8 bus lines). Common areas, including the bathroom, toilets and kitchen area, are to be shared with two other students and will be maintained by us. If the accommodation is not returned clean and well-maintained, a fee of €30 for cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.

Very good location. Nice, big garden to sit in during nice weather. Door to neither yours nor two other tenants' rooms cannot be locked- everyone relies on each other and has to believe that no one comes to your room while you're away- which didn't happen for us (or at least we didn't notice). Common areas are cleaned once for two weeks. Otherwise everything is ok. Room is spacious with plenty of storage space. Bed is comfortable. Hosts are friendly. I recommend this host and this room.
