Une meilleure surveillance de la propreté du logement et des équipements, lors de l'arrivée ou du départ des locataires, serait fortement appréciée. De même, l'accueil par le/la propriétaire directement, par exemple pour la réalisation d'un état des lieux et la présentation du logement, serait également bienvenu et mettrait davantage en confiance.
