Bedroom + bathroom (15m2) (Grenoble - 38000)

Hello,
We are renting a 15m² bedroom with a private bathroom in a large apartment in the heart of Grenoble, in the Caserne de Bonne district.

The bedroom: approximately 12m² with a single or double bed, a desk, a mirror, a bookcase, a shoe rack, and a wardrobe. Direct access to a 3m² private bathroom (shower + large sink). Direct access via two large French doors to a 150m² terrace with exceptional views. The terrace is close to the entrance and slightly separated from the rest of the apartment.

We are: Françoise, 36, who works at Schneider, and Thomas, 37, who works at the University. We are both passionate about climbing and have two adorable children: Nathan (2 years old) and Lucien (1 year old).

The apartment: Located on the 6th floor: a 150m² duplex apartment with exceptional views. Our bedroom and the children's bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom we are renting is on the ground floor.
