Utilities are not included; I calculate them based on actual consumption (to the best of my ability) as it's cheaper than applying a flat rate.House in a quiet residential area, 12 m2 bedroom on the first floor with an adjoining private bathroom/WC (4.5 m2).Low electromagnetic fields in this house. Ethernet cable provided at the desk. If needed, I will show the tenant how to activate the Wi-Fi. When the tenant goes to bed, they are asked to put their mobile on aeroplane mode and switch off the Wi-Fi if activated. This house accommodates 2 tenants. I do not accept smokers.No phone calls after 10 pm.Bus stop 6 minutes' walk to the train station/Orsay Paris-Saclay University, or Supelec plateau and all Paris-Saclay schools, or Massy/Palaiseau station, or Ulis 2 shopping centre. Courtaboeuf business park 5 minutes' walk away.Grand Frais, Picard, La Vie Claire shops 3 minutes' walk away. Ulis shopping centre 17 minutes' walk away. J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Corinne . La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. L'hôte a été extrêmement accueillante et bienveillante tout au long de mon séjour, toujours prête à aider si besoin. L'emplacement est idéal, et je me suis sentie comme à la maison.
