In a typical mountain house in Maras (Sospirolo), very spacious and with an old-fashioned charm, we're renting a single room. The house is shared with two other people, a girl and a boy, who are quiet and respectful.
The house has been renovated and partially renovated over the years; it's well-maintained and welcoming, not dilapidated. It's bright year-round, and in the warmer months, it's truly special: the light floods in all day, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful weather.
The room is slightly elevated and offers an unobstructed view of the valley and mountains: waking up to the view is one of the most beautiful things about this house (along with the crisp mountain air).
A garage and a reserved parking space within the property, directly in front of the garage, are available. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery, ideal for nature lovers who want to live in the mountains yet still be close to town.
We are looking for a tidy and respectful person.
