Description
The guest room is located on the first level, although it does not have an exterior opening. The space is furnished with a large bed, bedside tables, a long wall cupboard, and a bookcase. The bathroom, shared with another tenant, is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Sheets and towels are provided.
Guests have access to the terrace and its garden furniture. The kitchen, equipped with an American-style bar, includes all the necessary cooking equipment, as well as an American-style refrigerator.
For long-term stays, access is also given to the living room, the office, the kitchen and the washing machine. The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of his room and the bathroom, as well as the purchase of laundry products. Please note that the offer is not aimed at couples wishing to stay for a long period.
I am generally more available in the evenings and during the weekends to chat with my hosts. A cat shares our space, both inside and on the terrace. Attached to courtesy, eco-friendly actions and a sustainable lifestyle, we practice composting and recycling.

Chambre très bien située, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre ville ainsi qu’à proximité de plusieurs petits supermarchés ce qui est très pratique. Le domicile est sécurisé ce qui est rassurant. La chambre est assez grande mais l’absence de fenêtre est étouffante mais si vous êtes occupé la journée et que vous y venez juste pour dormir cela convient. Je suis satisfaite dans l’ensemble, Anne est disponible et agréable. Je recommande !
