I am subletting a large room of approximately 15 m² in Paris, in the République / Haut Marais district (75003), in a 60 m² flat. Everything is equipped: bed, wardrobe, bedding, table, fridge, washing machine, etc. Bills include electricity, gas, fibre broadband and boiler servicing. Ideally, you are a non-smoker, quiet, tidy, cheerful, a vegetarian and environmentally conscious. I work in the music and arts sector as a press officer, videographer and curator. If you appreciate a collector's environment, this is the flat for you! I use the third room as an office. There is no living room, but the bedroom is so comfortable that previous flatmates have stayed for a long time because they loved it so much. The flat is at the foot of République and Temple metro stations, in the most vibrant area of Paris, with many cultural offerings.
