Beautiful independent room (Assens - 1042)
Lovely renovated room with new furniture: bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dresser, desk, sofa. The room is equipped with all cooking utensils, including dishes, cutlery, and a wide range of microwave/oven cookware. A kettle, a coffee machine, an oven that also functions as a grill and microwave, and a refrigerator are also included. This room is separate from the rest of the house.
The shower room/toilet is shared with another tenant. Bath towels, sheets, and a duvet are provided (laundered by the owners). One load of laundry per week is included in the price. Cleaning of the room and shower room is at your expense. This is a non-smoking room. A small garden area with a barbecue is available. No pets allowed. Wi-Fi is available and utilities are included in the room price.
Regional train is a 5-minute walk from the house. A parking space is available.
