Un séjours très agréable je recommande.
Mon séjour chez Michel fut un vrai plaisir ! En effet, il a bien organiser la maison dont il met les chambres à la location. Chaque locataire à la clé de sa chambre, et ainsi son intimité sans soucis. Les locataires qui étaient présent était très accueillant. la propreté des pièces communes dépende vraiment d'eux. Après si vous avez déjà vécu en colocation c'est le même principe. La connexion internet est un peu faible au niveau des chambres, parfaite dans le salon. Les lieux sont très bien localisé, possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Vraiment je n'ai rien à redire, si j'ai l'occasion de repasser je le ferais avec grand plaisir !
Michel est accueillant, arrangeant et vraiment sympa. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé en plein centre ville. Je remercie Michel et reviendrai sans hésitation...
La chambre est correcte mais pas de VMC donc la nuit être prêt à transpirer. Les prises de courants sont vieilles et quelques fois traficotées. Dans l'ensemble propre. Bon rapport qualité prix au mois mais pas à la semaine.
