Je loue une chambre dans un bel appartement calme, lumineux, à 1 minute du RER A (12 minutes de Paris, 25 minutes de Disneyland). Je recherche une personne respectueuse. C'est un quartier sûr, proche de 2 lacs et en face d'un grand centre commercial (Carrefour, La Poste, UGC, La Fnac, etc.). Vous aurez un espace isolé du reste de l'appartement, avec votre chambre, votre salle de bain ( entièrement refaite à neuf le 20 décembre, une petite cuisine avec votre frigidaire, des plaques, un four et un micro-onde).
Nous partageons la grande cuisine, la terrasse, les WC, le garage à vélo. La cuisine est neuve et nécessite d'être soigneux, notamment en cuisinant sur les planches de cuisine. Une aide au logement (APL) est possible. L'appartement est entièrement meublé. Je peux vous prêter draps et serviettes si nécessaire. Le prix est tout compris (wifi, chauffage et eau inclus, mais hors électricité à partager).
