In a beautiful, well-maintained apartment with character, located on the shores of Lake Geneva, I offer a furnished room of approximately 20 m². Spacious, bright, and comfortable, the room offers an unobstructed view and a peaceful setting in a well-kept apartment. The fully equipped kitchen and recently renovated bathroom are shared. Internet and utilities are included.
Ideal location:
- Bus stop directly across from the building.
- Clarens train station a 5-minute walk away.
- Direct access to the lakefront.
- Lovely walk along the water to Villeneuve.
- Paddleboarding available in the summer.
House life:
My children and grandchildren visit regularly, creating a friendly and respectful atmosphere. I also share the apartment with Arco, a sociable and affectionate one-year-old Cocker Spaniel.
Ideal for a quiet, respectful single person who appreciates a pleasant and lively living environment and is comfortable with a dog.
