ONLY, not on weekends, possibility of renting 2/3 nights permanently) with bathroom and private WC, adjoining 20m terrace, located in Bruges/Bordeaux lac le Tasta (Suburb of Bordeaux) in a beautiful apartment of 115m2 on the top floor, with free parking. Very easy to park at the bottom of the building. There is a bakery, a Leclerc express nearby, then Auchan 5 minutes away. I am looking for a serious person who works in the neighborhood (eg: URSAAF, ICFA, Dir Reg. Jeunesse sports,.) but who lives in another department, or a student who studies near the apartment (Formasup, INSEEC , Vatel) ... Who needs a room for 4 nights and who goes back to stay with their parents at the weekend. I am looking for a caring, calm and respectful person. Line 15 bus 2 minutes away and tram line C further away on foot.
