In a beautiful duplex apartment of 94 m², the building is in the center of Evry, opposite the Evry 2 shopping center and 7 minutes from the RER D station.
The 10.5 m² rooms benefit from plenty of light. They are all equipped with a bed (complete bedding 120 x 190: mattress, duvet, pillow, sheets) + bedside table + wardrobe + desk + comfort office chair. The apartment includes a living room of 20 m², with small balcony, sofa + table + 5 chairs, TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen: 2 x fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, saucepan kit + crockery kit , washing machines and dryers.
The apartment also includes 2 bathrooms with shower areas, which allows great flexibility between roommates. A toilet room (2 toilets in the apartment). The building has an entrance with digital code & intercom. It is calm, secure. Not serious refrain.
