I (m 56) have experience living in shared accommodation and am a social worker by profession. I enjoy spending my free time relaxing, e-biking, and meeting friends. I'm offering a lovely room in a terraced house! The room is approximately 30 square meters and offers plenty of space for all your personal belongings. It can only be rented furnished. The living room and kitchen are available for shared use. There's also a small garden with a lounge area and fire pit.
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due upon signing the lease.
I'm looking for an open-minded person – male or female – who is at least 25 years old.
The room is ideal for students at the University of Applied Sciences in Windisch, weekly commuters, and working professionals. The "Zelgli" bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Brugg train station is a 15-minute walk, a 4-minute bike ride, or an 8-minute bus ride away. It takes 25 minutes by train from Brugg to Zurich, and 45 minutes to Basel.
