Shared common areas: modern equipped kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bright living room, two terraces by the river. Located 12 km from Bulle, near the train station. Quiet and pleasant environment, by the riverside. Direct access to the centre of Bulle in 28 minutes by train (S50 line). Suitable for a working professional who is quiet and respectful, with an employment contract in the region. Accommodation not suitable for a party-oriented lifestyle. Smokers accepted if outside the house. Parking space mandatory if you have a vehicle (extra cost). Monthly renewable contract. Termination: one month's notice for the end of a month.
