Artists Home In Conservation Area. Suit Female Commuter (Hull - HU5 3DP)

Description

Hi, My home is in a conservation area and is near to the University of Hull and to teaching hospitals. It's ideal for people who want to be close (walking distance and on bus route) to the town centre too. Its also close to many excellent eateries, shops and things to do. There is parking on street but in this area there is no need to drive. Hull is also a bus ride away from the seaside or beautiful countryside.

I have a large home and I'm looking for a female who would like to use the spare room. Ideally someone whos a commuter. I'm also open to shorter stays.

I often have academics staying who are here for the Uni, or people who are working at the many great festivals we have here.

The house has a room with an ensuite and another that uses the main house bathroom. They are both large and fully furnished.

I don't provide a breakfast but I do leave some snacks outside of your room for your arrival. I have a kitchen which can be used by arrangement.
