Good morning,
I am renting out my 6 apartments, new property. Quiet area, very beautiful views overlooking the town of Sefrou and the very close forest. Close to the city of Fez and its airport as well as the sources Sidi Harazem, Moulay Yacoub and others about twenty kilometers away, the beautiful village Beni Youb where the Allal Alfassi dam is located with panoramic views.
For more details and any information, do not hesitate to contact me, preferably by email to have my number. Currently in Morocco, but I regularly go back to France, so not the same number. We can also organize guided tours to the splendid places mentioned above and to others not mentioned.
The apartment is ideal for a family or 2/3 students. The rental price varies depending on whether it is per night, per week, per month or for a longer period, to be agreed. Cleaning will be done by the tenant or not, to be negotiated.
