Registration will only be processed for stays of six months or more. Private entrance, fully equipped and furnished, including kitchen and bathroom fixtures, washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, sheets, towels, and blankets. Security cameras in common areas. Scooters and bicycles are not permitted. Located near the metro, buses, and trams.
Check-in hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside of these hours, an additional fee will apply.
The property owner is not responsible for blockages.
You must deregister from the local municipality at the end of your stay. If you fail to do so, your deposit will not be refunded.
