The apartment has four individual bedrooms, each 11 m². Every room is private, lockable, and offers a very high level of comfort and amenities. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen leads into a spacious living area, which provides access to a 10 m², south-facing balcony furnished with a high table and stools for you to enjoy social moments. Furthermore, the apartment benefits from excellent transport links: a footpath leads directly to Boulevard Limbert, where the main urban bus stops are located. From there, the entrance to Rue Thiers allows easy access to the city centre and Place Pie.
