The student's room features a window and is located next to the bathroom; it can be decorated and personalised according to their taste. Access to all facilities, Wi-Fi, and a 40 m² living room with a fireplace. Car parking in front of the house and a direct bus line to Aix-en-Provence a 10-minute walk away. Numerous shops are also accessible within a 10-minute walk. The aim of this rental is to allow a serious student to focus on their studies while enjoying a pleasant quality of life.
