Hello, please contact me first before reservation to confirm availability. I am offering a large 160 m² apartment with a large swimming pool in Orist for shared accommodation. Parking space, large terrace, and a shelter for two-wheelers are all part of a four-apartment condominium on a 1-hectare wooded property for private use. You will have access to the entire building. The apartment, located on the south side, is furnished and includes a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, and a living room. There are already two roommates, Cédric and Selim, in a friendly atmosphere. I am offering a third large 22 m² bedroom, currently being furnished (photo will be available soon). There is enough space to create a small studio to your liking with a sitting area, an office, or whatever you wish, all of which can be already furnished. Utility charges are included in the rent. Located 30 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, 1 hour from the ski slopes, 15 minutes from St Vincent de Tyrosse and Dax. Hiking, cycling, motorcycling and surfing are nearby.
