Hello, I am only looking for women (don't worry, we have neighbours;-)) to rent 1 or 2 of my rooms. I am a 47-year-old man who is very focused on cleanliness and tidiness. You would have your own "area", so we will rarely cross paths: there are 4 bedrooms; if there is a second candidate, you would keep those 4 rooms (50m2 for the 4 of them, you could set up a lounge if you like). This is followed by a hallway, bathroom, toilet, open-plan kitchen, 60m2 living room, and my bedroom at the other end of the flat (160m2 in total, there is plenty of space). After 4 years of shared housing, mostly with men, I would rather have one or two female housemates in an immaculate flat than one man. You must have a car (15 mins from Dax and Tyrosse, 25 mins from the beaches), be in permanent employment (apologies, I've had too many issues) and be drug-free. See you soon.
