It is close to the town center (6 minutes away) and there is a free bus stop right in front of the house. The rent of €450 includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity, air conditioning & heating, water softener, fiber optic internet with Wi-Fi 5, and telephone). You may also be eligible for housing assistance (APL) and Locapass depending on your circumstances.

Patrick est un propriétaire à la fois très sérieux et très conciliant. La colocation est spacieuse, bien chauffée, bien isolée, suffissament équipée (avec des rénovations en cours). Le quartier est plutôt calme (assez proche du centre ville et de la gare). Maison cloturée sur deux étages (6 chambres, deux cuisines, deux salons, deux salles de bains) avec petite véranda à l'avant et jardin privatif à l'arrière (salon de jardin et barbecue) et possibilité de garer une moto et un vtt sans problème. Les colocataires d'origines diverses sont tous sympathique et acceuillant. Je recommande !
