Welcome to our home – daily life, friendliness, cohabitation, respect. We are a family of four: an active couple, Nicolas and I, a teenager, and a cat. House over four levels: - Level -1: living room and kitchen, accessible according to times and usage. - Level 0: two private bedrooms, bathroom and toilet shared with the teenager. - Level 1: our workspace and your bedroom (double bed, desk, storage). - Level 2: private space. Terrace and swimming pool accessible according to times and usage. Secure parking. Bus S11 and C in front of the house, plus local shops nearby (tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, grocery shop). Non-smoking house and no visitors. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Want to share our daily life, stay somewhere quiet to study or rest?
